Tatiana has over 19 years of experience handling and advising large trademark portfolios for different multinational and national companies.

She has a broad range of expertise in the defense of client trademark rights regarding trademark infringements.

In 2017 she worked very actively with the Colombian IP Association (ACPI) on the current IP law of the Andean Community Countries.

Tatiana also has been a keynote speaker on trademarks and Copyrights Law in different cities of Colombia and worldwide.
